Partnership & Collaboration

Build your peer workforce with us

The Empower Collective LLC contracts with behavioral health providers, workforce agencies, managed care organizations, and community-based organizations to prepare, supervise, retain, and advance peer professionals.

Why Partner

Hiring peers is the easy part

Most organizations do not have a peer recruitment problem. They have a preparation, supervision, retention, and advancement problem, and those are the ones that quietly cost the most.

Prepared
Peer professionals who arrive understanding ethics, boundaries, confidentiality, and documentation, not learning them on your time.
Supervised
Nonclinical peer supervision that supports the peer role as a peer role, instead of forcing it into a clinical frame that does not fit.
Retained
Mentorship and a visible next step, so the peer professionals you invest in are still there in a year.
Who We Partner With

Four kinds of collaborator

If your organization touches the peer workforce, whether funding it, employing it, hosting it, or building it, there is a way to work together.

Partner type 01

Behavioral health providers

Integrating peer roles into a service model, or trying to make the roles you already have work better.

  • Peer workforce training tailored to your programs and populations
  • Nonclinical peer supervision, delivered directly or built into your structure
  • Role design, scope clarity, and ethics and boundaries frameworks
  • Retention and advancement planning for existing peer staff
Partner type 02

Workforce agencies & managed care organizations

Funding or coordinating peer workforce growth and needing a delivery partner who can actually operate the pathway.

  • Contracted peer workforce development program delivery
  • Curriculum development and technical assistance
  • Career pathway design from entry through specialty and leadership
  • Consulting on peer workforce strategy, capacity, and sustainability
Partner type 03

Community-based organizations

Adding peer outreach, navigation, or coordination capacity in the communities you already serve.

  • Prepared peer professionals matched to community-facing roles
  • Volunteer, internship, and work-based learning host partnerships
  • Joint outreach, education, and recruitment in underserved areas
  • Shared referral pathways so people do not fall between organizations
Partner type 04

Employers & work-based learning hosts

Willing to open a placement, a shift, or a seat, the single most useful thing an employer can offer a new peer professional.

  • Structured volunteer, internship, and work-based learning placements
  • Participants who arrive with training and mentorship already in place
  • A low-risk pipeline into hiring, with support on both sides of the placement
  • Ongoing mentorship that continues after the placement converts to a job

Volunteer, internship, and work-based learning partnerships that connect prepared participants to real settings, with support for both the participant and the host organization throughout.

E Growth

Retention & advancement

Support for organizations seeking to recruit, prepare, retain, and advance peer professionals: specialty tracks, leadership development, and pathways that give peer staff somewhere to go.

How It Works

From first call to signed agreement

No lengthy procurement theatre. We scope honestly, and we say plainly when something is outside what we do.

01 Step one

Conversation

Tell us what you are trying to build or fix. We will tell you whether we are the right partner for it.

02 Step two

Scoping

We map your peer roles, gaps, timeline, and funding context, then propose a scope of work that fits all four.

03 Step three

Agreement

A written agreement identifying deliverables, responsibilities, and who is accountable for each activity.

04 Step four

Delivery

We deliver, review with you at agreed checkpoints, and adjust. Partnerships are built to extend, not to expire.

Clear scope in every engagement. Contracted peer workforce development services are provided by The Empower Collective LLC under written agreement. We are not a staffing agency, a certification body, or a clinical provider, and we do not guarantee certification, employment, or placement outcomes; your organization retains its own hiring and credentialing decisions.
